Apply for a Founding AI Opportunity Audit

Discover where practical AI could make the greatest difference in your business

I am looking for a small number of non-technical entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to participate in the founding stage of My AI Challenge.

The purpose of the audit is to understand your business, identify where time or opportunities are being lost, and determine whether one practical AI improvement is worth testing.

What the audit will examine

repetitive and time-consuming business tasks;

administration and operational bottlenecks;

enquiry, follow-up and sales processes;

existing use of AI;

opportunities to save time or improve decisions;

one practical AI implementation priority;

a result that can be measured.

Who this is for

The Founding AI Opportunity Audit is suitable for business owners who:

know they should be using AI but do not know where to begin;

have a genuine repetitive task or business bottleneck;

are willing to explain their current process honestly;

can commit time to testing one practical improvement;

are willing to provide constructive feedback.

Important information

This is an application, not an automatic booking.

Not every business will be suitable for the founding programme. If your application is selected, I will contact you to arrange an introductory conversation and explain the scope, process and any applicable terms before work begins.

An audit identifies opportunities and priorities. It does not guarantee a particular time saving, cost reduction, revenue increase or other business result.

Please do not include passwords, customer records, financial account information or other confidential personal information in this form.

Tell me about your business

Complete the application below as fully as possible. The clearer your answers are, the easier it will be to identify whether AI could create a worthwhile practical improvement.

Briefly describe what you sell, who you serve and how your business currently operates.
Please select one option.
Describe the repetitive, manual or frustrating task that regularly takes time away from more important work.
For example: slow follow-up, inconsistent marketing, missed enquiries, poor qualification, proposal delays or customers not completing a purchase.
Describe a measurable result—for example, saving five hours per week, responding to enquiries faster, producing proposals more efficiently or improving lead follow-up.
